    Actually, the bees were half in a cell eating to provide warmth for the hive...likely ran out of food :(
    Had that happen to several hives when I lived in PA.

    We had record heat here this weekend, and all but one of my shooters had gone home with nearly an hour of firing time remaining. This young Marine reminded me that I'd left my drink on the bench while I was cleaning up. It wasn't until after he had departed that I noticed he'd moved my bottle of sparkling water into the only shade on that end of the range. :)

    Hubby went to put the dogs out to pee and just about stepped on this guy. Right by the front door. Now moved to a safe place in the neibours garden as I dont think hed appreciat being sooked by a mastiff.

    We were Hog free in Jersey CI till some one brought them in !!
    I idiots ,, no import of critters so the strain of Jersey Cows stays strong .

    Yup, pretty big one to. Last time I saw one here was about 7-8 years ago... there around but usally dont come knocking on the front door lol
