    Wow I did not know that blueberries grew that far north. I learn something new everyday.

    @BTPost would you mind posting a pic of a fireweed? I don't know what that plant is.

    @BTPost I would like to see also. I have been looking it up and it looks like a plant that we have locally but then in Australia they have a fireweed that is toxic to animals. I did find a blurb on fire weed as something to reduce swelling.

    Yup, that is the Plant.... We bribed the Cannery Kids, to go pick them for us... $5US per Bucket, and they went out and got 4 HUGE Buckets in about 3 hours.... I will be @alaskachick to post the recipe, for making the Jelly, but when testing for Pectin, DO NOT Drink the Juice+EverClear..... There was some gaging, and coughing,[LMAO] that went on for hours..... :blah:

    ditch witch I do stupid crap, so you don't have to

    Making spaghetti sauce from all our cherry tomatoes, plus some of our onions, zucchini, garlic, oregano, thyme, and basil. Canning chicken stock tomorrow so figured I'd run a few pints of sauce while I'm at it. :)

    Very observant. The hardware store guy set it up that way. It's been tightened. Amazing how much better this Stihl cuts vs. the Poulan. I have to figure out what's wrong with the Poulan. It uses way too much bar oil and none seems to get on the chain or bar. I went through it yesterday and clean it all up but didn't see anything wrong with the oiling system. I'm "stumped." (Lol)

    One of the things to do on maintenance on my Stihl's is to clean out the Chain Oil Delivery Path... It often gets plugged with Sawdust, and needs to be Rodded Out. it runs from the Reservoir, thru the Body, and then thru the Bar, to the Chain Path. I usually use 30 wt Lubeoil in my Stihls Chain Oil Res..... Regular Chain Oil is even stickier, and tends to plug up, faster...
