    Our country is 16 Trillion in debt, the nation is divided, economic growth is stagnent. How long will people stand for this corupt self serving system? Civil war looms for our country if things dont change.

    I had hoped this vote would be the start of change.I guess it was,just not the change I was hoping for.I think you're right Quig, still too many freedom lovers left,at least,for now.

    As long as the Repubs hold the House, I doubt any Gun Laws will make it out of the House... and our NRA friends will be holding their feet to the fire.... What we need to watch is Obummer's EO's.... He could. Slip something thru that Rat Hole...

    I wouldn't be too on edge over Obama trying to pass gun legislation --it's mostly been under the Republicans watch that it has happened in the past. This is probably due to the fact that the NRA and others are on watch, keeping the Liberals in their corner, but nobody is expecting the 900 pound elephant in the room to suddenly sneak a fart. Sorry for that image.

    I am not saying it's impossible for Soetoro and his ilk to try and get a gun ban accomplished, just stating the obvious. Be on guard, but don't always buy into the fear and intimidation, either. I am more worried of the Republican who may follow Obummer, personally. We shall see, perhaps.

    That isn't a rat hole, It's more like a multi lane freeway that you can drive an aircraft carrier through. Wonder what kinda surprise we will get this new year's eve.

    I think a gun ban is a great idea. We should start by banning gun ownership for any one who voted for obummer.

    A Canadian perspective here...i don't think you will have gun bans....what i think will probably happen will be longer cooling off and waiting periods and mandatory safety and proficiency testing...again just the humble opinion of a foreigner who posesses no firearms.

    I got an E-Mail yesterday where there is already another UN Treaty meeting set up I want to say in Dec to go over a new draft for O-dumba$$ to sign. I can not believe what the people have done to this country and continue to allow these type to run the goverment. Sad days for lady liberty ahead.
