They are shooting on connectors known as Ampacts. Those are semi-permanent. They will then remove the temporary mechanical jumper we call Mack’s. I can just look at it and tell they are working safely and doing a good job. (SIL pictured Sloth. Not I)
Congrats Sir MEAT . Glad I did my time like that in the 70's of younger years for me. Bucket trucks were not as long /tall or many back then . I now have my own man lift Genie from your state, Not for lineman / hightime voltage work , all base grounded TZ40 .. Same as way later for me ,stick control was in a 500D on may-west /Transmission tower. No way crawling on slide boards !! Work clear headed and if pissed at life , call a ground-man day .. PUD boy ?
