I am almost finished reading Creek Stewart's novel Rugosa. https://www.amazon.com/dp/0997690690/?tag=survivalmonke-20 It is a good book that I am really enjoying. Creek is a survival expert that I have followed and learned much from his blog. It is an easy read and Creek puts in basic survival trips. I like that guns are not the main weapon, the character in the book is much like our @Bishop. A sling shot is weapon of choice and has a few surprises. After reading this, I am eager to start practicing with my sling shot again.
The Body Keeps the Score: Brain Mind and Body in the Healing of Trauma (Bessel van der Kohl) This is a VA Doc who treated PTSD and has held firm that it must be treated with more than talk therapy and chemicals. Its an easy read and explains alot about the mind body connection for trama for vets as well as rape victims and anyone who has PTSD https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00G3L1C2K/?tag=survivalmonke-20
Odd man out here, I don't read much unless it's a technical manual, plumbing code, mechanical code or building code. I've never been one to sit down and enjoy a book, ever.
