Been listening (and learning) to a lot of transitional rock - that part between jazz and rock and roll. Bo Didley was a true genius that IMO did most of the heavy lifting when he incorporated African rhythms into jazz and then pushed forward. I was surprised to learn how much of the music I have listened to had an African influence.

At work, though, background jazz and classical. Happily I was finally able to get JRiver to work on my Linux laptop so I can use it to access my media library on my NAS.
