Reminds me of my Father during a vacation late 50's... "you know if we just drill a well in the center of yellowstone lake, we would have one large geyser" No kidding he said that.
Of course, if it just oozed up out of the ground and and spread all that hot stuff out for miles in every direction, you'd probably have some pretty good new mining claims to peg out. Outside the park anyway. No tellin' what metals it might bring up, or in what concentrations. Or what might crystallize in it as it cooled. Or how large the crystals might be...
