    %&*@@ digicams --

This is going to take a while, figuring out the ding-blasted ( fill in the blank with your fave expletive) menus so I can experiment with something besides full auto default. Went out to take a few trial shots, and couldn't get it where I wanted it to be. This after 20 minutes of doing it by the book, one step at a time, sitting at the table. Grrr --- [troll] SCREW Einstein, [beat] it's his theories that lead us to microelectronics anyway. Grrr (again) ---. It didn't take me this long to figure out an SLR 30 years ago, and I had even less of a clue about picture taking then. Grrr -- (In case you issed the first two.) ;) [booze]

Yeah. All 216 pages. Couched in the most obscure language known to mankind. All icons that are too small to see without a magnifier. Gotta memorize everything.

This camera was a gift....and I do not like it ..

I may take it back, pay the extra ...and get the one I wanted in the first place..

This has no memory card...the pictures it prints are grainy..and the red eye thing does not seem to work..

    Not real happy with it....

and besides that? I am sooooo far behind in technology.....this whole digital thing is all new to me...and I am finding it difficult to deal with..

and that is being nice. :D

That would be the smart thing to do. Get what you want.

Often thought that a good SLR and a B&W developing setup would be useful in a SHTF sit

If I can't figure it out, (electronics that is), I hane it to my 15 yr old Daughter and she shows me how to get in the DOD database with it...

In fact, same daughter got a Pocket PC and a Dig Camera for Christmas... Showed me some things about my stuff I never knew how to do.

1 being the fact that the buttons on the outside of my phone always get pushed when I'm wearing it. I used to always curse that they should be lockable.... "They are Dad. Here, ..." and walla. My phone know longer goes to silent mode on me...

Today I went to a place that no man should have to go. To a place where the worship of false idols is at an all time high. To a place that is foreign in culture, to a place where perversion and evil is abound. The true den of inequity. That's right folks. I had to go to the .............mall. I felt underarmed even though I carried my TRS .45 concealed in a Versa-Max II, and I had two extra mags of .45 in my back pocket. The caps worn backwards, the pants too low, it was almost too much for me to take. I had to go though, I felt as though my wife and daughters needed an armed escort. I really need to finish that folding stock AMD AK................MAGNUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Found a realy cool gun adoption center in the area today. I think once I get my taxes (or other money someplace) will DEFINATLY have to go back. While the bore looked like it may not have been exactly pristeen they did have a nice little .38 spl Tarus for $100 and I think that was the most expensive of their used handguns. They even had a case or 2 of wolf 7.62 out (other shops around here are out of it at present). Place is cool, and only about 12 miles away, I just didnt know it was there.
