If you like more natural flavor: Ingredients: Razor Clams Flour Salt and pepper Olive oil Butter The clams are shelled and then dredged in flour seasoned with a bit of salt and pepper. Fry these in a mixture of olive oil and butter, over medium heat, turning once, until they are very lightly brown. This should take about 4 or 5 minutes to a side. In Seattle/Tacoma people who overcook razor clams are put in jail. And they have NO chance of appeal! Remember that these are very rich and rather sweet. I might add a course of Rice with Cheese and Onions and a green salad. Oh, so rich!
Thank you!!! I can do that! sounds scrumptious! I felt like that character in Forrest Gump today....Bubba..thinking of all the ways to fix the salmon... Off to finish cleaning the kitchen...see you later..and again...thanks! 8)
Sorry, I can't help out with the shellfish recipes. I can't eat any shellfish, unless I really want to go and visit the ER Now the salmon, hmmm on the grill, (charcoal, not gas ) hmmmmm Ryan
That is the really wierd thing, the younger you are the more sleep you actually need, the older you get the less you need...kinda f'd up... oh well...Last night was very interesting
Rub it in Quigley.... Ok..if I have any fingernails left after todays Jaguar/Steelers game..I'll see y'all later... God, I love/hate game day....wish I hadn't let my season tickets go...It was easier being there than watching it on television with the commercials and replays....In the South..you are raised that there are 3 religions... 1)Baptist 2)Methodist 3)Football and not always in that order..... Of course College ball is much more important than the NFL...but since Jax is so close and got an NFL team..I have to root for them....drives me crazy!
I say that because i would love to sleep longer than 5-6 hours a night. Its like ground hog day everyday, open my eyes and its 4 30 every stinking day
Quigley???!!! I made the clams last night using the recipe with the tobasco?? Awesome! They taste a lot like the mussels I had in Maine...very good! and yeah...they could be chewy like Quohogs....if you overcook them or they were huge....He shelled them..had already chopped them in half at least...Ready to cook....they were just delicious! Thanks for the recipe! It's a keeper..... 8)
