disease... the major reason there USED to be a quarantine period

 

I once worked in a place on the east side of the Mississippi called Quarantine Bay.
The boats with immigrants would anchor here for a period of time until they were cleared to come into New Orleans

They need to know we're not kidding around . That we will stop at nothing to stop illegal immigration .

 

Rethink that a bit. We certainly will not use lethal force unless fired upon. As mistakes go, that would top the cake, even more so than if bitcherly won the election.

 

Yes ,,,what I meant was ,,they are taking their lives in their own hands if they run,,,,we won't quit chasing them worried about their safety.
