    Well, I have some sad news for this thread. I had aged a two year Belgian Saison ... it was no good. The whole carboy was oxidized... It was a sad sad day. I haven't purged out the keg yet. I'm not sure I can go it myself. I may have to ask the wife to do it ...

    I had a founder's old style ale last weekend. It was a HUGE malt bomb. Delicious. Over 11%.
