Texas Gov. Greg Abbott has issued a nearly statewide mask mandate.

One word: Seatbelts.

 

Doesn't matter what Abbott's doing,Word is The Black Militia is marching on Texas.

I went to Walmart today in rural Southeast Texas. MAYBE 1 in 3 people had a mask on. Without marshal law the governor cannot force anyone to wear a mask in a place not owned by the state of Texas. The State can, however, jerk the license to operate a business in Texas if it doesn’t require patrons to wear a mask, from what I understand. If so, this is what he should have done. With liquor license he can control a lot of businesses.
