The blackberry, raspberry and gooseberry bushes are GREAT ways to create bariers for folks trying to sneak or charge in. It makes a strong deterant to them and also provides food for you from the area it covers as well as atracting wild life, as opposed to say barbed wire that basicly makes the area of no use.
