PM inbound Bear but will not take one gratis--want to pay you for your time/talent. One must not "muzzle the ox".
Thanks... wish I could take credit for the idea... but I think it's probably centuries old... those old blacksmiths were very clever dudes :0) we could and do still learn a lot from their legacies... Thanks again, B
Awesome. Some of this spikes were collected rom the L&N line outside of Knoxville. Now one has come home transformer into an heirloom quality work. My wife has already found a new home for it
This post is a little dead by now, but amazing! It's actually quite stunning that we have found the abilities inside of us to create such wonderful things.
Thanks... I agree that we all have creative abilities within us... think about it long enough, try it, practice, do it and soon enough... voila!... guess that's why I've always liked the "good old fashioned" stuff and ways... nothing was and is impossible... lot's of amazing, wondrous and beautiful things still left to be discovered and done... don't forget to pass it on and teach the children too... :0)
Great pic... hmmm... um... it's also a great blunt force trauma tool... and if you know short stick or kubotan techniques... it can be a pretty awesome "tool" for a variety of holds and other purposes... in an otherwise innocent looking package... :0)
Ha Ha ... I'll bet it is :0)... Probably throws well too... in fact I made a couple shuriken using the same design for a friend... threw and stuck extremely well... all kinds of uses other than it's most important one :0)
I didn't want to profane your work by suggesting it, but it did come to mind when held in the molle strap.I throw knives, and hatchets. shuriken, spikes. ect.
No worries... my sig line is a Bible quote that talks about making tools to fight the good battle :0)...
Made this for a very special little Girl who asked her super Daddy how these are made. Hope you all enjoy it :0)
