I am looking at it more as a cheap entrance into the class III world, and an investment. I am not saying I won't give the Ruger a good look, but first I want to get my suppressor out of the way, at least one. As far as survival purposes, without any SMG type of training I am sure I would be a lot better off with my semi-auto ARs and AKs. Who knows, maybe some SMG training is in my future. ;^)
