I promise I haven't forgot about this thread. The carbine still sits in the corner of my bedroom festering I've been a bit busy with other things- hunting season, reloading, buying and selling etc. I wanted to throw this article in for measure. It's written by Pat Rogers- former Marine Force Recon and owner of EAG. While Pat used to only use Colt, that has changed with some other higher end brands, such as BCM, coming to the market. His beef is QC. BCM seems to be doing some great things at prices that about anyone can afford.
