What could be the end goals assuming the guy was groomed, it was allowed to happen, ect.

Shutdown multi day tactical training facilities.
Guy shoots him self when cops show up after shooting at them. Doesn't seem like cops even got a chance to return fire before the guy was down.

I think those laws, as well as most "laws" of physics, have already been proven to be incomplete or inaccurate. They are very specific in certain conditions but change all the time when the conditions change... light being both a wave and a particle is a good example. Black holes another. Dark matter. The big bang, flat earth, etc. I have, however, seen people who have figured out ways of getting new innovations and inventions that disrupt the status quo be killed for competing with certain highly profitable industries. That happens a lot.
