My favorite that I never owned is the Python. You can't shoot one and not fall in love. But I own Rugers. Don't like the late Bill's politics, but love his design.
The Super Cap Gun Revolver brings back fond memories for me. I recall sitting in my treehouse waiting for another squirrel to happen across the deck, just so I could squeeze off a few rounds. Could'nt hit the broad side of a barn with it, though.
I've done my best shooting with S&W Mod. 19's, and carried a 1911 for over 20 years, and trust them both. For just fun shooting, I'd have to go with a Colt SAA any bbl length. jim
