    On every Spectrum Analyzer within range.... even if it is a Spread Spectrum System.... The Spectrum Analyzer SEES ALL.... and they use digital Data Recorders to save the RF Information seen, so you can replay, and demodulate any seen RF Transmission, After the Fact... to see what they were saying... This all fits in a few small Boxes in a None-discript Van with an Opaque Bubble on Top... and .GOV Plates... If they forgot to put on the UnderCover State Plates, if they were in a hurry... Lordy, I miss the Technology...
