Grandma was riding bikes before she was grandma or even before the war....

 

Trying to see if grandma is an inmate (of ADV) - looks ready to tour...

Unbekannte Schöne, die mir aus Polen zugeschickt wurde, durfte vermutlich auch nur mal probesitzen.... Beemer baby!

 

From the sub-Continent I want to know if this is a bike or a tractor. Grannie is a bad-ass if she rides in flip-flops all the time...

 

I have to confess, my grandmother didn't ride a scoot, she drove one of these
440 Magnum / tripac / cop tires and cop suspension.
Seems to local dealer ordered one for the PD and they refused to complete the purchase - wrong color or something. The dealer knew grandma and give her a 'good deal'.
Grandma wondered why it would lay a track of rubber a block long if her "foot slipped".

 

Back in 1955, Grandma was pretty hot....

Legit as hell

Ms. Struck first sat astride a motorcycle in 1941, at a time when very few women did so, and she's been riding ever since. She travels annually to motorcycle rallies around the country and gatherings hosted by the groundbreaking, all-female motorcycle club she joined in 1946, the Motor Maids. This year, as she's done many times in the past, she plans on riding the 1,700 miles from her home in Clifton, NJ, to South Dakota for the 75th Anniversary of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. She's been making the trek to motorcycle rallies all over the country for over six decades.
