this shits on the accomplishments of a woman who wanted to serve her adopted country. Some women are called to serve but back then only men could serve. No one knows if this person was actually “trans” or not. I hate this revisionist history bullshit. It erases the contribution of women.

These historical revisionists live to call people “trans” when it is possible that these women just wanted to love their lives and make contributions to society beyond what was legally allowed of them at the time. Hell if I was back in that time frame I might have done the same but it does NOT mean I am trans or want to be a man or gay or anything like that. I can see her maintaining the charade because a male at that time in history had many more privilages than a female and she would have lost her pension if it came out.
Celebrate strong women NOT by trying to turn them into tranny men.
