Goodness....G. Dubya and others before him were tap dancing on the US constitution well before Obama...but I can't deny say that Obama isn't continuing a well practiced dance step.

CHel- int he painting with the guy holding up the constitution, gw is lumped with. All the other guys who have abused it without reprise. Obama is just accelerating the speed while saying he is upholding.

Oh....they all say they are upholding it (The US Constitution)....that's just the usual incumbent presidential schtick.....when Presidents start relying on EO's to get things done, it's a fairly reliable sign that the Constitution is there to be seen, lying in the dust.

I totally agree. Now that we have 12,000 + EOs and the president adds signing statements to bills he signs (which the current President uses, but opposed when Bush did so) it makes you realize that in a blink of an eye it can all end.
