ELECTION YEAR FITNESS PLAN

Here's the plan:

Every day I get a political mailer I walk a mile. Have to do laps around town since some days I could end up ten miles from home. Every time I hear a political spot on the radio I add ten push-ups to my daily routine. I have no TV, but if I spot something about politics on a TV at work or a friend's house I add two minutes of planks. Same thing with the phone and computer. I should be doing squats almost all the time I'm online.

By November I should be in the best shape of my life.

 

Hmm. Front end looks like an early '70s Chevy Vega. Of course, that's from a memory from 1977, so I could be wrong. I've been wrong before, and I'm sure I will be again.
