She's just the opposite of what I looked for in a dance partner when I frequented the Tarheel Opry House forty years ago. I was on crutches after I'd been crushed under a trailer. I danced with stout women who could hold me up on one leg without my crutches. Never had a shortage of partners willing to drag me around.

Damn...it's been that long?

 

Yup, it's been that long. I work with folks now that were born after I retired, and I've been an ASE Master Technician longer than all but two of them have been alive. I hear about the "elderly couple" or the "old lady" bringing their car in for repair and when I meet them they're usually my age or younger. Funny, I don't feel any older.
