First relay on the first day of every firing week I'd always have one Marine that decided if a little CLP was good, a lot must be better.
It was incredibly hard to not bust out laughing when you saw CLP squirting out of every seam in the receiver with the first live round.

 

We called it "shagging." In the summer we did something similar with a chain and a spare tire. Some still have the scars to show for that.

 

and for my next trick...

You KNOW I have to try THAT!

 

Goes double for people who can't figure out how to make a left turn off or onto a divided highway on their own side of the road.

This has bothered me so much that I wanted to tale a lawn chair and a pad of paper and just sketch the myriad paths that knuckleheads can follow at such an intersection.

Fun fact. From 2:00AM to dawn everybody around here seems to know how to drive. Go figure.

 

Pity the poor snuffy standing next the idiot....

 

Down here in Florida, we used an old car hood as a sled, chained behind a neighbor Dad's Buick, pulling us down broad sand roads. Great fun!

 

What always flummaxed drivers here was the new "Roundabouts"!
