Back around '89 , I was truck driving, and one morning,, somewhere between 1200 - 03 ,,, I was driving somewhere, maybe near Gainesville up into the panhandle,, and I came down a hill ,, I remember I was wondering what was going on ,, I was actually gaining speed and having to use my brakes. It actually scared me a little,, thinking I needed to pull over and get some rest ,, because I never knew Florida had a hill like that.

 

Good point, though the meme misquotes Timothy 6:10. Money in and of itself is not evil...it is the love of money by humans (and the power that the possession of money can exert) that is the cause of all kinds of evil. That said, Churches (and secular organisations) do use money for good and /or the evil purposes that they beg for.

The moral of the aphorism...rather than being distracted by an apparent contradiction in a meme is...don't give your money to mendicant churches who will do evil with it,

You may not like to hear this, but the vaccine being pushed is deadly.
It's not that the opinions of others are not worth listening to, I already figure not many listen to me, but when I was right and they didn't listen they can't blame me for being silent .
I have friends the believe in the flat earth theory, disregarding the facts spread before him across the universe.
We could argue but it wouldn't accomplish anything except to drive us apart.
Or I can leave them with this idea and find other things to talk about we might agree on, and maintain a friendship. We agree on many other things.
There are many things of other places I visit I don't agree on, and sometimes it's best to leave it alone having no eternal value.
I don't stop reading because I want to understand the character of a person.
Some people love to be argumentative simply for entertainment, or to cause others to think out side the box they may appear to be in.
