You are quite right that not everything posted as a meme in this thread is history, however, the text of the meme, dishonestly uses a miscaptioned historical image to elicit an emotional response in support of its thesis. The truth, at least in this case (The Nazi Doctors War Crimes Trials) is less sensational, than the image depicted in the referenced meme, though no less horrific for the factuality of the crimes committed and adjudicated.

If the object of the meme is encourage people to remember the past, to avoid a similar present, or future, then it is better to remember a factually true past, and not a confected fraudulent propagandist version of it. The victims of the crimes perpetrated upon them back then deserve a truthful accounting, not historical revisionism.

As to prognostcation, the meme is fallacious, relying as it does, on an association fallacy (Godwins Law) Nazi analogies
If there is a prognostication to be made, it is that the vilification and harassment of members of the medical, nursing and allied health professions is probably not likely to have net beneficial outcomes for society at large. That might be so, if the notion of stringing up medicos becomes the kind of reality that the meme seems to be advocating for, using the Nuremberg executions as a model.
