Unlike most other multi-million dollar lotto winners, who generally don't share their winnings with the general public at large, the IRS via Congress shares its gambling revenue with the public at large by providing services that individuals generally cannot provide on their own, such as national defence, international diplomacy, national transportation regulation, public education, law enforcement, etc etc...that's the guberment for you.

 

Our down under socialist thinks the government is entitled to their cut -- I don't think so
