The image in post #52588 Motivational Poster Thread (warning content) does represent what did happen in post WW2 Russia i.e. the public execution by hanging of some unidentified individuals.

The image is genuine, but the caption is apparently false and misleading: Instead of Nuremberg, the execution depicted in the image was conducted in Kyiv in 1946.

Were Doctors tried and executed during and after the post WW2 Nuremberg War Trials? The answer is yes, A total of SEVEN executions were ordered and carried out in 1948. And the Executions were carried out in Landsberg Prison, Bavaria. They were not public executions as depicted in the image posted above. The Nuremberg Trials: The Doctors Trial

Apparently only one member of the Nazi media was executed for war crimes at the Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunal....Julius Streicher who ran the anti semitic journal called Der Steurmer (The Helmsman). Misleading posts about Nuremberg trials misuse post-World War II photo



Sadly the meme depicted in post #52588 of this thread, and elsewhere on the interwebs is just dishonest antivax propaganda intended to stoke distrust of the medical and journalistic professions.

By all means, remember the past, and do what one must to avoid the errors of the past...but also don't blithely fall for the same propaganda techniques of the past that brought to the world dictators like Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin and Togo. We are living in troubling times in the present when the authoritarians and wannabe dictators of today are using the same old (but none the less effective) tricks and methods as Goebbels had used back in the day; Only that the internet has enabled an exponential reach into the minds of the credulous that Goebbels could only dream of.
