If I could still find Hamm's or Rheingold Extra Dry I'd be buying them. ($2 a six pack of Hamm's and $4 twelve packs of Rheingold) If Genny light was still $11 a 30 pack, I'd be stocking up on it. What I've been buying lately is Milwaukee's Best Light (Miller), Keystone Light (Coors) and lots of $7.95 bottle 12 packs of The Champagne of Beers. (Miller)

I've become a label reader. I still buy the absolutely cheapest beer available, and I swear I have some Rheingold and Genny Light stashed away that's probably gone bad... but how could you tell? I see some Bud Light caps in my recycle bin, but they're

Was on that Milwaukee's kick for a while back in the early 90's ,, it took a while to get the taste for it built up .
I remember in the early 80s buying " Beer " ,, the generic beer ,, just a plain white can , that said " Beer " in black letters . $ 1.69 per 6 pack .
