Whenever those in government claim to support "transparency", it seems to only work one way.... they can see US, but we cannot see THEM.

 

The same is true of "unity." We hear the word "Unity" but the tone has an "...or else!" feeling. In fact the tone of every speech since the inauguration has been that way. Words mean what they say they mean. Words like progress and democracy have been twisted and words like equity have gone from fair and impartial treatment to meaning equal outcome for all, no matter if some become "collateral damage" as the Speaker of the House calls it, in the process. I haven't heard anyone question her on that comment.

 

I do, but I spell out words and use punctuation.
