I like the look of wood on an AR. Not so sure about the steampunk/Mad Max finish, but it looks functional.

 

Roads in Michigan will destroy bikes in short order. Better to become a cobbler in order to repair shoes and boots.

 

I remember those roads. I made a 90 day bike trip from Southeastern Lower Michigan up into Ontario in the late summer of 1979. Two most memorable things were my hands going numb from the macadam road surface on my route and how nice it was to get a ride across the Mackinac and International Bridges.
