I've got a problem with this one... It's fine, right up until it interferes with an individuals liberty. Which is pretty much right out of the gate. Just as soon as one person decides for another what is best for them, and it's usually in the name of "safety". This is what we are seeing today. Liberty being given up in the name of safety. I would rather be a free man who fears terrorists, than a "safe" man who fears his Government. Besides, Government cannot truly provide that safety anyway, all it can provide is the illusion of safety.

Agreed Cabo....If one is not a member of the greatest number, a tyranny of majority rule is no more tolerable than a tyranny of minority rule, particularly when one has no say in how it is decided what is best for the greatest number. Dictatorships have often empowered a minority by duping the majority of citizens into believing the fiction that what is best for the greatest number is only just coincidentally best for the ruling minority also.

Thus, why we live in a Constitutional Republic (where the basic laws written down in our constitution overrule the wishes of the people), and NOT a democracy, where the wishes of the majority make the laws.

Funny thing is, most people who support our constitution understand this.....and most people who wish to see it shredded, for their own peace of mind, do NOT.

Ok, Just because you OWN the Land, and it is Posted, as per State Statute, does NOT mean you can set up a "Set Gun" or n this case a "Set Paint Bomb".... Many States have a specific Statute, that makes Set Charges, or Guns" Illegal to possess, and some States, consider these a Felony Issue. Had the "Charge Devise" NOT been and Explosive, but Compressed Gas, very likely it would not be a Criminal Issue, at all. In that it wouldn't be classed, by ATF, as a "Destructive Device", or "Any Other Weapon". This is exactly why the ORIGINAL TASERS were changed from an Explosive Driven System, to a Compressed Gas Driven System, when they went into Mass Production, and Marketing. This guy is just Dang lucky, if he gets off with a Misdemeanor Charge, and doesn't lose his Federal Gun Rights.... Dumb idea, Just Plain DUMB.... ......
