All the thieves had to do to avoid getting their asses kicked was not try and steal the bikes. The couple didn’t do anything legally wrong. I am glad they weren’t prosecuted. People are getting sick of having their shit stolen. Pro tip… don’t be a thief.

 

Police say Corey Curnutt, 25, and Savannah Grillot, 29, posted videos of the assaults to YouTube from July through November. Video shows the unattended bike in the front of the house. In two instances, a person takes the bicycle off the property. Once that person reaches the sidewalk, two people identified by police as Curnett and Grillot run from their home with a baseball bat in hand.

“The victims in the cases received various non-life-threatening injuries,” Visalia police said.

A neighbor told KSEE-TV that, on occasion, the assaults happened almost nightly.

I wonder how many of the thieves continued stealing bikes . When crooks are faced with real consequeces ,, they may change their ways . The courts arent going to do anything to them .

 

Not so much a matter of being legally wrong, but not being likely to be successfully prosecuted with a reasonable prospect of conviction.

 

IMHO it is the current system that was sabotaged by Soros n such that created what we have now...

hopefully we can turn that around... people may get real tired of this shit soon... things may change...
