Hence the current draft opinion championed by the conservative majority SCOTUS bench vs re Roe V Wade et al. So much for the confirmation hearing comments by Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett (ACB dodged the RvW confirmation question) concerning legal 'precedent'.







Gorsuch said nothing about Roe V Wade itself...just his objection to being influenced by the head of the Executive arm to take a particular course of action regards Roe V Wade....which is a really soft ball question for Lindsay Graham to hand to Gorsuch.

More like recording for public historical purposes, the stances of nominees at the time confirmation hearings are held...so that their hypocrisy may be better appreciated when they subsequently repudiate what they said in their confirmation hearings once confirmed.
