All I can find that I like lately are Neco wafers and Altoids.

 

You forgot high cellulose diet.

 

My favorite was root beer barrels!

 

I thought you were from the south! its call a 'coke' no matter what it actually is.

 

I thought they were all “RC”. Or “Nehi”

When we were kids folks would not allow us to drink that poison.

 

I was borh Up North. I worked as a bottle washer in a Coca-Cola bottling plant and have never been able to stand the stuff. (Not to mention the stuff I washed out of the returned bottles. The mice were the most memorable.)

In Eastern North Carolina it's polite to ask if your guests would like a "Coaldrink." (Cold Drink - pronounced as one word) That's as specific as you'll get without asking.
Could be sweet tea (There is no other kind, but it's always called sweet tea) Pepsi, cocola or sebmup. Don't drink the water here. It's been poison since 1953.

 

If you shop at Food Lion you can get these. Yuk!
