Motivational Poster Thread (warning content)

I think it has more to do with the fact that the diamond took away their old job proficiency. They had years of experience in their old job, and had to handle a platoon of trouble-makers before they were promoted. Now they're bitter because they have to learn a whole new job and have the problems of a whole company to deal with. Some learn to do it well, and their Marines love and respect them, others yell a lot and never get beyond that point. I had both, but the best were the ones that listened to their Company Gunny and Admin Chief and brushed the chip off their shoulder.
