I have memories of a Northern Michigan winter storm in December in 1978. Was hunkered down with some friends with poker and adult drinks. For a few days! Used snow mobiles for supply runs and we found that a couple had been going over the snow covered cars.

I left that and ended up in Okinawa. Was a nice change for ten days. Spent the next 30 days living in a tent on a mountain in Korea.

Actually it depends on the roll holder. At my office, if it came off the top, the roll would jam, tearing the paper. If coming off the bottom, the roll is lifted a bit, rolling free. Many times I had to pick the chintsy lock with my pocketknife, and reposition the roll so it actually worked.

A man had been drinking at a pub all night. The bartender finally said that the bar was closing. So, the man stood up to leave and fell flat on his face. He tried to stand one more time, the same result. He figured he'll crawl outside and get some fresh air and maybe that will sober him up.

Once outside he stood up and fell flat on his face. So, he decided to crawl the 4 blocks to his home.

When he arrived at the door he stood up and again fell flat on his face. He crawled through the door and into his bedroom.

When he reached his bed, he tried one more time to stand up. This time he managed to pull himself upright, but he quickly fell right into bed and was sound asleep as soon as his head hit the pillow.

He was awakened the next morning to his wife standing over him, shouting, "So, you've been out drinking again!"

"What makes you say that?" he asked, putting on an innocent look.

"The pub called -- you left your wheelchair there again.

It may be worse than that ,,, I took my daughter to Walmart to get some stuff for the grandkid ,,, and she said the shelves were empty ,, almost no meat at all . Rough times are a coming .
