It is my understanding that Adam realized that Eve had entered mortality and that it was part of Gods plan that Eve and himself should be mortal together. It was important that they should have mortal bodies so that they could take part in Gods plan.

 

The medical examiner that gave me my entrance physical at MEP Detroit forty two years ago wore his trousers just like this. I stepped in front of his desk, gave my name and he said "Breathe."
I did.
He said "Next." and signed off on my military entrance physical. I doubt he'd have noticed if I had a peg leg or three eyes.

 

Reminds me of the pool table in Ward 7D at Bethesda Naval Hospital. It was low on one corner.
Nobody seemed to notice.
