That's the second biggest watch I've ever seen...

 

Civil War veteran, Jacob Miller, survived a headshot by a confederate, sustained during The Battle of Chickamauga in September of 1863.
17 years later, a buck shot dropped out of the wound and 31 years after that, two pieces of lead fell out..he passed on January 13, 1917 at the age of 88... he lived 54 years with a hole in his forehead. If anyone deserved a medal, he did.

The material to make them was too expensive, they performed poorly in wet conditions, and actually melted when drivers braked too hard. They were also distracting other drivers.
