I was doing a service call, in the basement looking at a water heater. The home owner as if knew anything about furnaces. He said I'd run a few minutes and kick off. I asked when the last time he changed the filter was, his reply was it's got a filter?. The filter come out it looked like solid piece of dirt that have been packed. I asked how long he lived there, his answer was 5 years. The thing is there were three filters laying on top of the filter box.

 

I cook with my Card , My Mom has passed so no more of those .
I was looked after just FINE !!
