At 8:41 am this morning 9-4-21 an explosive eruption began at La Soufrière volcano in St. Vincent. This is a culmination of the seismic activity that began on April 8. The eruption is ongoing and more information will be shared as things progress

Mass evacuation from the communities around it last night. Run's on the stores and the roads where packed with those fleeing.

 

I wasn't so lucky. We were burning a pile of junk mail in the fireplace after supper. Had burned all the papers and were just enjoying the night when she notices a single piece of paper that had blown off to the side of the hearth. It was a receipt from the local gun store. I couldn't argue with her when she wanted to upgrade her wedding ring by the same amount. Sometimes the best answer is Yes, Dear.

 

I could've used one of those, but I had giant dandelion leaves.
