Bill C-7, should it become law, will take away “safeguards” currently in place in Canada’s euthanasia legislation, including the prerequisite that the person who is looking to take their own life with assistance be terminally ill, and able to provide their consent at the time of death.

Also, Bill C-7 would take away the requirement that two witnesses be present to demonstrate that the person who is seeking to kill himself indeed wants to “die” with medical aid...

 

What's an OF?

 

OF = Old Fart (over 60 crowd.- a ham radio term) the new pejorative of the young is "Boomer"

Utah police say it's not OK to 'shoot random clowns’

Police in Utah have warned residents that it is not legal to shoot “random clowns” following an increased number of clown sightings across the country.

The Orem Police Department wrote in a post on Facebook that their officers had answered more than 40 questions on social media and a few dozen calls about clowns in one day.

Police said they were concerned about the content, not the number, of the messages.

"'Can I shoot or take action against someone that is dressed up like a clown?' That's not a simple yes or no question. It has a lot of variables to it," the post read..

Stay out of Utah if you're a clown, I guess....

 

Hey we X-ers didn’t put it there though. It was them sneaky millennials.

 

Heck, at 74 they can call me "boomer" all they want no offense taken. What puzzles me is they get all upset when I wave back and call them whiny little punks.

 

Some years ago, there was someone in Stillwater, OK posing as Pennywise and stalking college students near campus. Never did anything, but it certainly was creepy. They suspected there was more than one person doing it as well.

One of the local PD basically said "if someone would shoot one of them, they'd knock that stuff off."

He got this look of horror from some of the school personnel and quickly followed up with "hey, shoot one, train a thousand."

I was trying not to laugh as a pin could be heard dropping in the room.
