Ya, this is all over the web. Even Lou Gohmert (?) a CONgress critter is all excited about this.

Oddly the **source** is never mentioned. Bloggers quote each other or the Gohmert - who says "intel operatives" are his source.

The company (Spanish software company Scytl) denies anything was seized - but they are bankrupt, so the property may have been taken in a creditor protection action, not the US military. (Last I saw, the Army is OK at blowing up things - seizing Corporate property isn't something that's in the TO&E or covered by TRADOC)

So, what is the truth?

Can't say. The Big Press denies that the severs even exist (for vote manipulation) and this is all a big hoax.
Any references I can find in a cursory search are bloggers quoting each other or Lou.
I have seen some chatter over on Free Republic that the source was a new EU based 'disinformation' site.

At this point, I'm waiting for all this sh!t to settle, as I don't believe *anything* in the press, on TV or, frankly, most of the web.

And that may be the point. Wild stories of German Servers takes away from the very real fraud uncovered already by merely counting the votes here.

Finally - OAn is covering this, but again, they are quoting Lou Gohmert. Given his track record, and that of Sidney and the other television lawyers, I still come up "Meh".

Still waiting to see some people in handcuffs....
