One of the funniest and most memorable political signs I've ever seen. Right up there with "I like Ike." The signs have to be posted just right so they're visible in either direction.

Nope. Regular 5.56 AR15 from the PX. 40 rounds and this happened. I ran a rod down the barrel and found an obstruction just past the gas port. With all that gas going out the back it probably ran out of oomph about there. The BIG question will be answered when they (hopefully the manufacturer) gets it apart and can read the head stamp on what's left of the cartridge, or pushes the barre obstruction out and weighs it. If it says .300 Blackout or the bullet weighs near 180gr like I suspect, he's got a very expensive tomato stake there. Forty years on ranges with M16/AR15's being the primary firearm and I've never seen one come apart like that before.

How do you not notice that you're loading a .300 Blackout in with your 5.56?
