Some stevia works for us better.

 

Yep...heart stopping cholesterol was much cheaper back then.

 

Have substituted Stevia for sugar in my coffee....it has cut down on my sugar intake significantly, I prefer it even though I am not a diabetic.

 

I like stevia for sweetening drinks etc but for more sugar type substitutes heres a
Couple other things you can try (depending on taste preference etc) Erythritol, Monk fruit, Xylitol & Allulose. Non of these raise DH’s blood sugar but YMMV.
Be carful with he Xylitol if you have dogs as its toxic to them (kinda like grapes/raisins) and I didn't include Maltridextrin (sp?) because that stuff is evil (don't believe me, go read the reviews for Harbiro sugar free gummy bears )

 

I was watching the local news one night ,, the lady reporter was giving the story of a house fire that day ,,,, the cause of the fire was the couch in the living room had one of the back legs on the cord. This was her quote, and reason for the fire.
" Please everyone be careful when running extension cords behind chairs , couches. The homeowners here ran an extension cord behind the couch and the leg of the couch ended up on the cord , and it pinched it off and the power couldn't get thru the cord , it back up and caught fire. "
I busted out laughing when I heard that.
