Not sure what style she's using, it is only slightly reminiscent of Japanese style (kyudo) even though it isn't a Japanese bow and the nock is at eye level rather than mouth level, and she's likely to lose the bow once she releases.
The girl in the video is clueless.

 

Worse, it's a left handed bow. Even worse, her wrist guard is going to snag the bow string and damage her thumb in recoil. Her release will be seriously klutzy with her right wrist that far out of alignment.

 

This is how I learned to shoot many years ago.
No wrist protection is needed for this style. When held properly the bow spins in the hand and the string never gets near the wrist.

 

And then there is the potential loss of her left nipple
