Still and all, a resting fever indicates an infection, but tells you nothing by itself. You can drive your temp up without being sick if you exercise in a hot environment, think heat stroke.

The locals live in the islands (just offshore) and have gardens on-shore in the jungle.

Reminds me of my wife's brother when him and his wife and 3 kids moved out and went to Florida in a pickup truck.
He asked me what I thought, I didn't really answer.
