I remember trying to do that to Dad when I was five. Lost two teeth and needed a dozen stitches to sew my lip back together. Not sure if I bit it on the way up or on the way down. The board caught me right under the chin and launched me into a low orbit.

Kinda put a damper on our day in the park.

I had electric motor open (or lots of hand cranking) blast doors on my bunker in Norway that were half that thick. That thing is massive!

 

Sure it will. Just won't sound like a Merc V6 Black Max. But even an Evinrude 5hp will get you there.
