You could add M1911 theory. That's where you skip 230gr bullets off the deck or a wall to hit enemy you can't shoot directly.

I've seen guys making fairly consistent hits on 100 yard targets... after the bullet skipped off the grass at 75-80 yards.

 

It took me a few minutes to stop laughing. One hell of a curb to fall off of
